Maxine Lawrence, Founder of Bogle and Tathem is a qualified and well-respected Vice President of Human Resources. She has a wealth of HR knowledge and a keen understanding of HR functions. At her current company she heads the HR department. At Bogle and tathem she will be devoting her work efforts to helping you to prosper your business and realize your organization's goals.

 

Maxine has worked in HR for over 15 years. She has conducted training for all levels of staff to improve their understanding of company policies, procedures and corporate global initiatives. She is also well-versed in HR operations and administration, recruiting and hiring, policy creation and implementation, and employee engagement.  She has built numerous policies in her current role and has experience with performance management, employee relations and HR systems. She has participated in  training in Switzerland, Barcelona and Chicago.

 

Maxine is authoring two books which will focus on HR and employer/employee work relations. She has a Bachelor of Arts, Economics from the University of Western Ontario, London, Ontario and a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Webster University, Missouri, USA. She is Mind Gym certified and has served on the board of the Chatmore British International School. Maxine is member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Bermuda Human Resource Association (BHRA).
